At Zivora Abaya, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items and customized products are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
