At Zivora Abaya, customer satisfaction is our priority.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items and customized products are non-refundable.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
